Certificate I, Certificate II & Certificate III in Music Industry (Foundation) COMBINED

Certificate I has 3 core units 2 of which are found in the Certificate II course and 1 in the Certificate III.  As this presents itself with a number of other units of study the Guild have combined the 3 courses into one.

Entry: Audition approximate standard AGMS grade 3 or approved equivalent.

Duration: One full time year of study.

 

Certificate IV in Music

Three core units plus seven of thirteen electives plus four additional units.

As the Certificate 4 progresses to the Diploma of Music or Advanced Diploma of Music the Guild have chosen to place additional units of study into the course as they are covered during the course year and it will help aid the student to progress smoothly into the higher levels.

Duration: One year of full time study or two years of part time study.

Entry: Audition approximate standard AGMS grade 6 or approved equivalent.

Duration: Two years full time study or four years part time study.

Articulation: Allows 30% credit transfer to an articulated degree.

Advanced Diploma of Music

Entry: Audition approximate standard AGMS grade 6 or approved equivalent.

Duration: Three years full time study or six years part time study.

Articulation: Allows 60% credit transfer to an articulated degree.

Bachelor of Music

This course was approved at the start of October 2002 and has been delivered since 2003.   The other courses have been adjusted so that each increasing qualification flows evenly to the next.

The  Guild have been approved as a HEP at the end of 2006 and now this course has the option for students that are eligible to apply for assistance towards fees needed.
