NOTE:-

These works will remain the standard theory works.   Teachers or candidates may apply in writing, via the Office, to the Theory Director for a once off approval of a suitable Concerto or Symphony.   (See 2006 Theory Director’s report)

SOUTH AUSTRALIAN DEPARTMENT RECOGNITION

SSABSA recognises Guild Practical Music for Certificate of Education.

The recognition of The Australian Guild of Music and Speech, Practical Music, Grades 5, 6, 7, & 8 towards the completion requirements for the award of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) has been continued for 2006.

The QSA has changed the method for students to apply for study credits for the QCE for Guild qualifications.   Students must now apply through the Guild, not to the QSA.

Forms to apply to the Guild to register your examination passes with the QSA are available on this website or on application to the Guild office by post or email.
