I am a year 12 student hoping to study Jazz and Improv at melbourne uni next year. (though i am interested in all styles of music not only Jazz)
I love music, and am very curious to explore Harmony at a greater level.
I enjoy composition and would like to make a career out of music somehow!
My intention was to compose a piece with contrasting electronic and acoustic instrumentation, that blends Classical and Jazz styles/Characteristics.
With 3 distinct sections, the first with a more dissonant aggressive feeling, the second with a more tranquil melancholic mood, and a third that blends the two together, representative of my blending of the two musical styles.
